Authorized Property Sales

Authorized Property Sales transactions of real estates registered in the name of the Bank/Institution are carried out by proxy at the Land Registry Offices. Firstly, the fair value is obtained from the relevant Municipality, and if there is any property tax on the real estate, it is reported to the Bank/Institution for payment. Subsequently, an appointment is made with the Land Registry Office, and after the payment of the fees, contact is made with the buyer. The sales transactions are carried out at the Land Registry Office on the day/time when the appointment is scheduled.
