MORTGAGE SETUP
Mortgage establishment processes on real estate are carried out at the Land Registry Offices to serve as collateral for loans provided by the Bank/Institution. The process begins with the preparation of documents requested by the Bank/Institution, the initial suitability check, and/or the preparation of the documents (official deed) by us personally. After the appointment of a lawyer, transactions are carried out at the Land Registry Office, and the documents are sent to the Bank after the final approval.
